What you will do:
- Engage in the education and development of internal and external parties by offering ERISA technical guidance and quality review feedback
- Revise compliance materials, participant forms, letters, and distribution packages to reflect law changes and disclosures
- Resolve escalated technical issues from clients and internal staff effectively
- Support plan design for existing and onboarding clients
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of qualified plan regulations
- Perform and review nondiscrimination testing and other compliance testing for 401(k) and pension plans
What you will need to be successful:
- College degree or relevant work experience is required
- QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) designation preferred
- 5+ years of retirement or pension experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plan documents
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
