What you will do:
- Set up and manage construction accounting software
- Handle project-related AR/AP, job costing, and subcontractor compliance
- Reconcile project budgets and prepare monthly reports
- Support budgeting, tax filings, 1099 processing, and general ledger
- Collaborate with PMs to ensure accurate coding and reporting
- Assist in acquisitions, dispositions, and financial reporting
What you will need to be successful:
- 2-year degree in accounting or 4+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of construction accounting experience required
- Experience with construction software (Yardi preferred)
- Strong Excel and time management skills
