What you will do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 professionals, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Coordinators
- Oversee project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Manage multi-state licensing and compliance, including securing GC licenses
- Support structural engineering and facility integration projects
- Collaborate with leadership on business development, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives
- Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and assist in securing new opportunities
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
- Ability to navigate multi-state licensing requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
- Outgoing, relationship-focused leadership style with basic sales skills
