What you will do:
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
- Support sales and business development through estimating, proposal preparation, and client communication
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress and compliance
- Attend site visits and meetings, track action items, and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate time and equipment records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or a related industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management and office software
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction methods
