Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hr shift between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What you will do:
- Answer phone calls and determine the caller’s need
- Request additional/missing information from the customer via written or verbal communication
- Document client issues and escalate them to the appropriate parties to resolve
- Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
What you need to be successful:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone – the ability to build rapport with callers quickly
- Good computer skills and experience using multiple screens and applications at the same time
- Focus on client experience – looking for people to focus on quality over quantity
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous Life & Health or Property & Casualty experience preferred
