What you will do:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and implement pricing strategies
- Review and adjust prices based on market conditions and costs
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field
- 7+ years’ experience in accounting or finance roles required, in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
