What you will do:
- Verify that all financial transactions and documents are completed accurately and timely
- Confirm that all local, state, and federal governmental filing and reporting is completed accurately and timely
- Conduct all accounting using GAAP accounting methods as the basis
- Meet all human resource requirements, following guidelines, and addressing requests
- Ensure all benefits are suitable for employees, cost-effective for employees and the company, and managed to maintain compliance
- Manage all recruiting, hiring, deploying, and supervising of employees in a manner that meets all legal and compliance requirements and aligns with the company culture
- Develop, implement, and supervise policies governing employees and the organization’s relationship with its employees
- Direct the design, installation, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of specific computer-based information systems
What you will need to be successful:
- 4-year accounting degree required
- Human resources and IT exposure preferred
- Strong Excel skills
