What you will do:
- Oversee accounting operations and team, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Develop and process improvement for financial policies and procedures
- Financial reporting, including ensuring GAAP, financial statement preparation, and analysis
- Responsibility over budgeting and forecasting
- Compliance and Auditing
- Financial Reporting
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related degree
- CPA or master’s degree advantageous
- 7+ years of experience in a related position
- Prior manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable
- Proven leadership abilities
