Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project throughout the concept, design, implementation, testing, and start-up phase
- Control system commissioning including instrumentation and motor control devices
- Create fiber optic, radio telemetry, and broadband communication network
- Develop PLC and HMI control systems from scratch
- Perform testing to assess functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 2-year associates degree in automation related field (preferred but not required)
- Programming experience in the following:
- PLC programming such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix 500 and 5000, Modicon, Siemens S7, GE PAC systems or similar
- HMI programming such as Wonderware, FactoryTalk View, Cimplicity, Intellution or similar
