Our well-established downtown Des Moines client is seeking multiple Customer Care Specialists to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. If you have previous customer experience, strong MS knowledge, and are eager to learn, apply today!
Work model:
- Hybrid
- Standard weekly shifts are (3) 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT; (1) 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CT; (1) 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT
What you will do:
- Answer roughly 40-50 calls from customers and transfer accordingly
- Enter data into company-specific system
- Distribute emails to appropriate team members
- Input information from email into the system
- Communicate with the internal team as needed
What will make you successful:
- 6 months of call center experience
- HS diploma or GED required
- Strong sense of urgency
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
