As a Customer Relations Specialist (Bilingual), you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, ensuring compliance and retention through effective communication. Your role will involve answering inbound calls and text messages, assisting customers to stay compliant, and proactively reaching out via outbound calls, texts, and emails to support retention initiatives. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a friendly and supportive team. Work model:
- Remote
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
What you will do:
- Respond to inbound calls and text messages, assisting customers to remain in compliance
- Engage withcustomers via outbound calls, text messages, and/or email to assist with retention efforts
- Track and follow up on all promises to pay, payment plans, and settlements in a timely manner
- Organize and prioritizedaily work to meet deadlines
- Comply withdepartment guidelines and goals to ensure KPIs are met
- Contribute to special projects and all other duties as directed by management
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and achieve resolution
- High-speed internet and dedicated workspace required
