Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What you will do:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to internal and external customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication, resolving inquiries promptly, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate answers and solutions to customers verbally and in writing
- Help troubleshoot and find solutions over the phone with clients to provide stellar customer service
- Research questions and issues to identify causes and solutions and disseminate accurate information to customers
- Work with colleagues as well as internal and external customers to develop solutions for a range of customer challenges
- Utilize multiple computer systems, applications, and procedure tools to access and identify information
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience required
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a business environment
- Prefer prior call center experience
- Demonstrate a patient and understanding approach to customer service conversations
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to answer questions
- Show strong attention to detail, organization, and mathematical skills
- Collaborate effectively with employees, customers, and third parties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
