Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- During training 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- After training 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Support financial institutions
- Operate in a fast-paced call center environment
- Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily
- Work independently and navigate multiple computer systems
What you need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of previous call center experience preferred but not required
- Punctual and dependable
- Quick learner and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn
