Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Monday – Friday
- Ability to work overtime as business needs evolve
What you will do:
- Answer inbound phone calls to address inquiries from agents and third parties
- Assist clients with providing information about accounts, request status, website enrollment, and accessibility
- Assist agents with questions on products, services, and the status of requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone to provide stellar customer service
- Work with colleagues, as well as internal and external customers, to develop solutions for a range of customer challenges
- Utilize multiple computer systems, applications, and procedure tools to access and identify information
- Process applications and ensure documents are complete and accurate
- Enter client information into the CRM system
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience (required)
- Prior experience working with customers and clients over the phone and providing support experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with insurance and related products is a perk, but not required
- Patient and understanding approach to customer service conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to answer questions
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and mathematical skills
- Ability to collaborate with employees, customers, and third parties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
