What you will do:
- Setup batch data exchange processes both inbound/outbound with clients and other third parties when the Client Services Consultant has initiated the process and the applicable SOW is in place
- Document data exchange processes in the Data Exchange CMDB
- Work with the client/third party to test the data exchange process; initiate an automated job request when testing is complete
- Provide training and support to clients/third parties in data exchange processes and file manipulation
- Monitor data exchange processes for completeness
- Troubleshoot files that error out and work with the client/third party to troubleshoot issues such as missing files or incorrectly formatted data
- Manage client inquiries using the Client Services ticketing system
- Troubleshoot client/third-party issues in a timely manner, including assisting clients with routine tasks such as file and data management
- Design, develop, and implement processes and automation workflows for internal departments
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as working with daily checklists and creating reports
What you will need to be successful:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical client contacts
- Working knowledge of SQL & Azure Data Factory/Fabric
- Ability to understand and create basic SQL queries
- Good analytical skills as they relate to data identification and mapping
- Experience with automated ticketing systems such as Jira
- Working knowledge of file transfer protocols, including secure FTP
- Experience with file management, workload automation, and scheduling tools preferred
- Fluency with Microsoft Office and Power BI applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
