What you will do:

  • Apply company data within a COE model to inform business decisions
  • Offer expertise in advanced analytics, including data aggregation, statistical and predictive modeling, and machine learning
  • Oversee and evaluate complex data projects to improve business decisions and efficiency
  • Create scalable, interpretable models for analytic data products
  • Partner with business associates to achieve objectives using innovative data techniques and tools
  • Convey analytics approaches and objectives effectively to stakeholders
  • Establish long-term processes, frameworks, tools, and standards
  • Maintain compliance with data management and governance policies
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights for business improvement

What you will need to be successful:
  • Expertise in advanced SQL, feature engineering, data analysis, and building/deploying production models
  • Proficiency with statistical languages (Python/R) and machine learning techniques (e.g., GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees)
  • Capability to merge and transform disparate data sets
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, H20.ai, Cloud AI platforms)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
