What you will do:
- Apply company data within a COE model to inform business decisions
- Offer expertise in advanced analytics, including data aggregation, statistical and predictive modeling, and machine learning
- Oversee and evaluate complex data projects to improve business decisions and efficiency
- Create scalable, interpretable models for analytic data products
- Partner with business associates to achieve objectives using innovative data techniques and tools
- Convey analytics approaches and objectives effectively to stakeholders
- Establish long-term processes, frameworks, tools, and standards
- Maintain compliance with data management and governance policies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights for business improvement
What you will need to be successful:
- Expertise in advanced SQL, feature engineering, data analysis, and building/deploying production models
- Proficiency with statistical languages (Python/R) and machine learning techniques (e.g., GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees)
- Capability to merge and transform disparate data sets
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, H20.ai, Cloud AI platforms)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
