The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Personal Banker staff across three branches, ensuring efficient and accurate training of bank staff, compliance with regulations, and excellent customer service. Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Saturday
What you will do:
- Supervise and lead the Personal Banker team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure all deposit-related transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Monitor and enforce compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Resolve complex customer issues and inquiries related to deposit accounts
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless banking operations
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Travel to all three branches for meetings and to train staff
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deposit operations or a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading a team
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must live within 20 miles of the branch location
