Work Model:

What you will do:
- Produce data in the form of a model that will be used by tool room personnel to build tools
- Use drawings and other methods needed to communicate ideas effectively to other technical employees
- Lead Design Review meetings with the technical team
- Contact vendors to obtain quotes and place orders for custom parts
- Work with multiple across the organization on production improvement projects
What you will need to be successful:
- Engineering degree or associate degree focused on product design
- Product design experience in a manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of Solidworks or other design software
- Ability to work and communicate with customers effectively
