Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Palmer Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Digital Marketing: Promote our blogs, manage contacts, and execute email campaigns.
- Marketing Materials: Ensure brand consistency across all printed and electronic materials, and assist in designing the annual Salary Guide.
- Social Media: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase our visibility and train team members on best practices.
- Advertising: Coordinate advertising efforts, including print, radio, and TV ads, and focus on lead generation.
- Analytics: Analyze and report on marketing performance to guide future strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Preferred experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and recruiting/staffing.
