What you will do:
- Serve as a director and officer for all USA legal entities and the company’s legal Mexican subsidiaries
- Oversee and authorize the filing of federal, state, and local tax returns in coordination with a third-party preparer
- Supervise and control all aspects of business risk within the company
- Administer local Risk Management and Compliance Systems in alignment with Global Policy, including necessary reporting for new or ongoing risks
What you will need to be successful:
- BA or BS in accounting or finance
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- 10 to 15 years of relevant business experience, including progressive management and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Applicable and working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting practice
