This leadership role oversees and supports the operations of multiple corporate departments, including Leasing and Facilities. Additionally, the position manages contract reviews, handles various legal matters, and oversees the company’s TMS program. What you will do:
- Oversee the corporation’s building maintenance programs, collaborating with management to ensure safe and efficient work environments
- Manage construction and design projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, architectural standards, and contractual obligations
- Resolve issues with landlords for leased properties
- Track project progress and prepare periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience
