What you will do:
- Lead and manage sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management activities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery
- Implement best practices to optimize supply chain processes
- Utilize and optimize ERP systems within the Supply Chain function
- Collaborate with various departments to support company strategies and customer requirements
- Analyze performance metrics and take action to achieve business goals
- Manage the departmental budget and participate in planning processes
- Coach and develop team members
What you will need to be successful:
- Degree in supply chain management, business management, or a related field
- 7+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong sourcing, negotiating, and communication skills
- Proven success in process improvement and leading change
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
