- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Assist the maintenance department in troubleshooting equipment issues, including diagnosing problems with PLC ladder logic and data handling functions
- Keep PLC documentation updated as provided by equipment suppliers, and maintain an archive of PLC programs and machine control drawings in both electronic and/or paper formats throughout the facility
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and enhance automated equipment, including devices, I/O modules, instruments, and other components related to automated processes, to meet production and safety objectives
- Provide support for various I/O devices connected to PLCs, such as HMIs, scanners, remote I/O modules, sensors, relays, solenoids, and assist maintenance staff in troubleshooting pneumatic circuits
- Work to improve equipment uptime and contribute to the overall reliability of plant maintenance
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of experience required
- Associate degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience preferred
