Work model:

What you will do:
- Lead financial strategy and planning
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Supervise and mentor the finance team
- Work with the CFO to enhance processes and improve efficiency
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or strategic finance
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
- Proficient in fund accounting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
