What you will do:
- Analyze current and historical financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and statements
- Collaborating across departments to maintain and improve financial systems
- Evaluate and optimize accounting processes and internal controls
- Manage divisional financial reporting and intercompany reconciliations
- Support the month-end close and consolidation activities
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2–5 years of experience, ideally in public accounting or a similar analytical role
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key
- Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
