This role is essential in maintaining precise financial records and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts, calculating and balancing accruals, managing trial balances, preparing financial statements, and supporting the month-end close process. What you will do:
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Generate analytical reports to aid in financial decision-making
What you will be responsible for:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
