What you will do:
- Provide daily operational oversight and support
- Offer financial guidance and expertise cross-departmentally
- Maintain the general ledger
- Handle bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related preferred
- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with the desire to help others
- Comprehension of areas of business, including finance, accounting, and HR
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
