Responsibilities:
- Manage and support financial systems, including implementation and improvements
- Analyze, monitor, and maintain the ERP system to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with other teams in the development of technology solutions in support of accounting, finance, shared services, and the business to support internal controls, data governance, and project management
- Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes, providing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, MBA or CPA or related field or relevant equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of GAAP, financial statement presentation, and FP&A applications
- Experience managing a finance function’s accounting/finance technology infrastructure
- Highly motivated and determined, with strengths in innovation, best practice, and operational excellence regarding financial and related systems and processes
- Strategic mindset, strong technical leadership, and the ability to navigate complex business processes
