We are looking for a motivated, bilingual HR Coordinator to support a growing, fast-paced organization by keeping people and processes running smoothly across multiple locations. What you will do:
- Support key HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits communication
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking for multiple facilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements
- Provide day-to-day support to managers and office leadership on HR-related needs such as timecards, terminations, and reports
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and assist with performance management tracking
- Support investigations, disciplinary documentation, and Workers’ Compensation processes
- Travel occasionally (no overnights) to assist with new hire onboarding or HR initiatives at various locations
- Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
What you will need to be successful:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in or desire to develop a career in human resources
- A team-player mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Openness to change and process improvement with a continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Workday HRIS experience is a plus
