Our manufacturing client is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help support their human resources director in their Adel facility. This position is required to be onsite five days a week. Responsibilities:
- Maintain HRIS system for all personnel
- Conduct new hire orientation and training
- Administer human resources policies and plant procedures
- Lead all benefits enrollment efforts
- Oversee safety procedures, current postings, supplies, first aid, and training
- Maintain employee referral bonus program
- Perform other HR needs as identified
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree
- 2 years experience in human resources
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
