This leader will be tasked with defining the Human Resources strategy and identifying new software, tools, and other resources to help create an efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement a new Applicant Tracking System and Human Resources Information System
  • Create a strategy and vision for the department
  • Develop a new handbook and establish standardized policies and procedures
  • Oversee the benefits administration process
  • Streamline recruitment efforts to ensure great candidate experience
  • Focus on retention and employee engagement efforts
  • Develop middle-level managers

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Human Resources leadership experience
  • Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience identifying and implementing new HRIS and ATS
