Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement a new Applicant Tracking System and Human Resources Information System
- Create a strategy and vision for the department
- Develop a new handbook and establish standardized policies and procedures
- Oversee the benefits administration process
- Streamline recruitment efforts to ensure great candidate experience
- Focus on retention and employee engagement efforts
- Develop middle-level managers
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Human Resources leadership experience
- Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
- Experience identifying and implementing new HRIS and ATS
