What you will do:
- Manage project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, execution
- Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication
- Oversee on-site construction and equipment installation
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Mitigate risks and troubleshoot challenges in real time
- Track financial performance and prepare cost reports
What you need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably industrial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and technical aptitude
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD)
- Proven job stability and long-term commitment in previous roles
