Responsibilities:
- Add value to customers by directly leading and managing major industrial projects
- Oversee and direct teams, assigning aspects of a project to members as needed
- Visit job sites regularly, maintaining a positive relationship with customers and employees
- Assess, designate, and resolve issues of customers and clients as they arise
- Maintain an excellent safety record on job sites
- Approve change orders and process workflow
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in construction engineering, construction management, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience with a strong technical background
- 5+ years of experience with projects with a focus on Industrial Piping or Material Handling
- Ability to manage all aspects of the job site and project
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
