Work model:

What you will do:
- Sell services via telephones, e-mail, in-person meetings, and video technology
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve all individual and company revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts
- Utilize the network to solicit new sales opportunities and manage leads from customer referrals
- Analyze customer information to ensure the best outcome for all parties, including pricing, timing, and overall execution of service
- Create strong working relationships with clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Experience working in an inside sales environment preferred but open to outside sales candidates looking to get off the road too
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred but not required; minimum high school diploma
