International Sales Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high‑quality truck beds and related equipment, serving customers across North America, Latin America, and global markets. As a result of a retirement, they are seeking a driven International Sales Manager to expand the global footprint, strengthen distributor relationships, and drive revenue across Spanish‑speaking markets.

The International Sales Manager will lead global sales initiatives with a strong focus on South America and other Spanish‑speaking regions. This role requires fluency in Spanish, a deep understanding of the truck bed or automotive manufacturing industry, and the ability to build strong partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and end‑users. What you will do:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow market share in Spanish‑speaking regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, and key accounts
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s global distribution network
  • Conduct onsite visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term agreements
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analyses for leadership

What you will need to be successful:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • 5+ years of international sales experience, ideally in truck bed manufacturing, automotive equipment, or industrial products
  • Proven success managing distributor networks and selling into global markets
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Self‑motivated, strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach
