Palmer Group’s client is a leading manufacturer in the Omaha area, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. This role is crucial in managing purchase orders, meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Enter and manage all customer purchase orders
- Assist with quoting activities
- Communicate order status to customers
- Address and resolve any issues that arise
- Manage product returns
- Log customer complaints or concerns in the CRM system
- Provide the necessary documentation throughout the order process
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in customer service in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- SAP experience is not required but is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
