As a laboratory technician, you will design and execute experiments, test hypotheses, and perform data collection and analysis to drive technology development, all while ensuring a safe and compliant lab environment. What you will do:
- Manage the molecular screening pipeline to enable the discovery, characterization, and advancement of genome editing technologies
- Contribute to technology development and process optimization by designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and performing data collection and analysis
- Follow company procedures, policies, and protocols to keep a safe lab environment
- Partner with multifunctional teams to communicate technical expertise, insights, and results
- Perform experiments and deliver technical support while fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment

Draft reports and summaries to share results and progress updates with supervisors
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biology, microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field
- Between 0-7 years of experience in a lab environment
- High level of understanding of Microsoft Office; database or LIMS systems experience preferred

Skilled in ensuring complete, accurate, and timely documentation of experimental data
