Work model:

What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate project staff and subcontractors
- Lead weekly safety meetings and perform safety rounds (30-hour OSHA course required)
- Create and maintain project schedules and short interval schedules
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for field-office communication
- Submit RFIs and update as-built drawings weekly
- Lead weekly subcontractor and vendor meetings
- Coordinate inspections and testing
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Document daily reports on trade activities, quality control, and safety
- Communicate with the design team on changes or discrepancies
What you will need to be successful
- Minimum of 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial projects
- Completion of 30-hour OSHA training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
- Effective communication and organizational skills
