Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Welcome clients and handle phone calls
- Initiate and close legal files
- Conduct marketing activities, perform basic accounting, and maintain file organization
- Draft and send reminder letters to clients
- Open new cases
- Scan, copy, and store documents in electronic management systems
- Manage email notifications and track deadlines
- Interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Schedule and maintain client appointments
- Assist with various assigned projects
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of legal support experience or administrative experience with progress toward paralegal certification
- Strong customer service abilities
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to assess urgency and prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
