What you will do:
- Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems tailored to a variety of facility types
- Collaborate closely with electrical, structural, architectural, and civil engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery
- Develop detailed construction documentation using Revit and 3D modeling tools
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, perform data collection, and observe construction progress
- Contribute to projects across multiple sectors, including government, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and education
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building systems design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification acceptable
- Skilled in Revit and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
