What you will do:
- Design low voltage systems based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Configure and integrate low voltage systems, such as structured cabling, security cameras, access control, and audio-visual equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
- Stay informed about relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations related to low-voltage systems
- Ensure that all low-voltage installations comply with safety standards and regulations
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes
- Proficiency in using design software and tools for low-voltage systems
- Knowledge of different low-voltage technologies and products
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
