What you will do:
- Become a process expert in a designated manufacturing area, including machine, robotic, and manual workstations
- Mentor supervisors and employees to enhance manufacturing processes and solve problems
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to address broader issues
- Identify and escalate issues needing capital investment or design resources through management channels
- Improve system designs for enhanced safety and production efficiency, including developing and executing in-house testing procedures and performing data collection and analysis.
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience troubleshooting powder coating processes and a 2-4 year degree in a related field (Engineering, Industrial Technology, etc.) with 2 years of experience, or equivalent technical experience
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities to manage shifting priorities and projects
- Experience with programming and set up of Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc Robots, and/or HAAS CNCs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
