Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

What you will do:

• Lead and develop hourly team members by assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality expectations
• Oversee administrative and supervisory functions, and foster strong morale, engagement, and cooperation across the department
• Manage the returns inventory area and partner with Purchasing, Quality, and the returns team to ensure timely disposition and effective supplier resolution
• Investigate customer complaints through the RFI process, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare clear, actionable reports to drive corrective actions
• Support manufacturing teams by resolving quality issues and collaborating cross‑functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments
• Maintain accurate and quality records, ensure compliance with OHSA/ESA regulations, and contribute to the Corporate Quality Council and Quality Management System initiatives

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, management, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with multiple years in a quality‑focused role
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
