What you will do:
- Review engineering and contract mechanical drawings
- Survey existing field conditions for coordination and conflict resolution
- Review and understand project specifications, prints, and submittals
- Draw piping, plumbing, and HVAC sheet metal models
- Participate in or direct project coordination meetings with all other trades
What you will need to be successful:
- Must have a complete understanding of mechanical piping, plumbing, and HVAC sheet metal systems
- Familiar with routing, layout, clash detection, and coordination to provide complete shop drawings
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks in the 3D modeling environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Autodesk
- Fabrication CADmep platforms and Trimble Total Station systems preferred
