What you will do:
- Contribute to project estimating, feasibility analyses, and evaluation of design alternatives
- Review shop drawings and deliver technical guidance throughout the construction phase
- Cultivate lasting client relationships while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Prepare clear, comprehensive, and precise construction documentation
- Drive initiatives that align with corporate objectives and support individual professional growth
- Collaborate on BIM coordination and prefabrication strategies to enhance project efficiency
- Perform load calculations, select equipment, and coordinate seamlessly with structural and electrical teams
- Design mechanical systems—including HVAC, hydronic, and plumbing—using Revit and AutoCAD
What you will need to be successful:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or actively working toward licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience strongly preferred; prior design-build project involvement considered a plus
