Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries in a call center environment by making or receiving calls to answer questions and resolve processing and cardholder issues
- Work online to resolve questions and troubleshoot terminal issues
- Reconcile a merchant statement accurately
- Work actively to complete the installation of merchant equipment
- Implement various tracking and reporting systems to monitor merchant activity, document merchant interactions and inquiries on the network system
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a call center or other direct customer response
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and great interpersonal skills

- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
