Work model:
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Monday – Friday
What you will do:
- Communicate with potential and current clients to understand their lending needs
- Prepare and present lending packages that reflect client needs
- Aid clients with completion of mortgage applications and all relevant documents
- Review loan applications, gather credit history, and assess risk
- Visit property for real estate purchase or refinance
- Develop relationships with local realtors and developers to promote the use of bank services
What you will need to be successful?
- Bachelors degree in finance or business administration
- Prior lending experience, with a proven track record of high-level performance
- Thorough understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and other loans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office, tech-savvy
