What you will do:
- Provide front-line support for the network and telecom team
- Support the team with network, telecom, and security management
- Install, configure, and do ongoing maintenance of networked information systems
- Install and setup end users with network hardware
- Monitor network security alerts and capture data for the Network Engineers
What you will need to be successful:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, testing and troubleshooting of
network systems - Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
