Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- Part-time schedule during training: 15-20 hours/week
- Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What will you do:
- Manage office and daily operations
- Prepare inventory reports and order supplies and parts as needed
- Oversee standard operating procedures and office operations
- Provide office support for staff members, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and schedule meetings
- Prepare meeting documents and reports, take notes during meetings, and complete to-do items
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of office manager or manufacturing leadership experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, typing, and data entry
- Ability to use various applications and programs simultaneously
- A collaborative, driven mindset with the ability to work independently
