Operations Account Inventory Manager

We are partnering with a leading organization committed to providing exceptional after-sales services while ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. As an Operations Account Inventory Manager, you’ll be pivotal in managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.

Work model:

  • Hybrid
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What you will do:

  • Monitor risks like arrears, unpaid assets, and assets at risk, swiftly initiating remedial actions to minimize them
  • Communicate critical risk signals to internal stakeholders and keep everyone in the loop
  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Analyze customer needs, recommend additional products and services, and proactively share information about our offerings
  • Keep contracts and customers aligned with our policies, ensuring smooth operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve recurring process issues and implement improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors alike

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience delivering exceptional client service
  • Background in account management, back-office operations, and debt collection
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts and processes like inspection, collection, recovery, and more
  • Outstanding communication skills with a knack for recommending tailored products and services
  • Ability to minimize risks related to delinquency accounts and unpaid assets
  • Collaborative team player who shares ideas and supports colleagues
  • Analytical prowess with a sharp eye for identifying and addressing account issues as well as problem-solving abilities
